Busy periods for the business may be centered on holidays or weekends, which will require the manager to be present on days when others may be off work.
  • Open and frequent communication with staff is essential – Because the quality of the work of other staff members is the responsibility of the manager, it is important that the manager is available to work closely and communicate frequently with all members of the staff.
